1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before the order is dispatched.
Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to return the item after delivery, you may do so under our Return & Refund Policy (subject to eligibility).
Refusing delivery of shipped products without prior cancellation approval may result in deduction of shipping and handling fees from your refund.
3. Cancellation by Sea Ventus Poly Private Limited
Sea Ventus Poly Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Product out of stock or discontinued
Payment failure or incomplete transaction
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Force majeure events (natural calamities, logistics disruptions, etc.)
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit upon confirmation.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Important Notes
Partial cancellations are allowed only if all items in the same order are eligible and not shipped.
Once cancelled, orders cannot be reactivated. You will need to place a new order.
Refunds will not include any convenience, delivery, or payment gateway charges, if applicable.
