1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. For prepaid orders, the full amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our New Delhi hub, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after the package is delivered.

3. Cancellation by Sea Ventus Poly

We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect shipping addresses, or payment failure. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Handling

As part of our commitment to accessibility, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Since shipping is free, no deductions apply to valid cancellations made before dispatch.
