At Sea Ventus Poly, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a transparent return process to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected at our hub, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will coordinate a bank transfer or provide store credit.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@seaventuspoly.com with images or a video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Shipping Costs
While we offer complimentary shipping on all outbound orders, return shipping costs for size exchanges or "change of mind" are typically borne by the customer. We cover all costs if the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
